*Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday. 

*Please allow 1-5 business days for orders to be processed.

*Due to Covid-19 issues items being shipped may be delayed. Thank you for your patience.

*Note: Confirmation emails with tracking information are sent after each order has been placed. If    you have no received tracking number email us at glamsquad@youandmebeautyinc.com

 

Damages/Lost Packages

*EACH and EVERY order is inspected upon packaging products to ensure the highest quality.         Once items are sent out You & Me Beauty is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in   transit. We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect   address contact us immediately at glamsquad@youandmebeautyinc.com. If we have not been   contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent   to the address on file. 

*Note: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you     failed to receive it you will have to contact the Postal Service as it is now out of our hands.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Incorrect/Missing Items

*We are a small business and make mistakes, we're human. If you have received wrong or missing   items please contact us: glamsquad@youandmebeautyinc.com with name, order number, as well   as a screenshot of your order summary along with proof of what items were missing or incorrect.  *We will evaluate the issue and take care of the issues as best we can. 

*Due to the nature of our products and the health of our customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you   have received the wrong item, if so contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and happily resolve the issue.

AGAIN..

** All sales are FINAL. Once an order is placed we cannot cancel or refund it.

 

** For sanitary reasons, we do NOT except returns.

 

** If any products are damaged, please contact us through our email:   glamsquad@youandmebeautyinc.com and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

** We are not responsible for any lost packages. Packages that are lost you will have   to contact the Postal Service. Make sure your shipping address is correct.
